Cancellation Policy
Your appointments and well-being are very important to me. I understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments may be needed. If you need to cancel your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24 hour notice.
CANCELLATIONS + NO SHOWS
As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out 24 hours either by text, email or both. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled after the allowed 24 hours of your appointment, you may be charged 50% of your service as a cancellation fee. If you reschedule or no show your appointment within 4 hours of your scheduled appointment time you may be charged up to 100% of your service as a cancellation fee.

RUNNING LATE
I totally get it! I understand that sometimes situations may occur beyond your control. I do allow a 10 minute grace period to all clients before it is considered a no-show and may be charged up to 100% of services scheduled as a cancellation fee.
Any cancellation or reschedule cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.
